Ex-Pat uses his Patriots Super Bowl ring at WSOP

Hey, did you know former New England Patriots defensive end Richard Seymour has gotten good at poker?

He’s cashed in a bunch after retiring in 2012 and he’s played in past World Series Main Events. This year, he’s back and he’s still alive heading into Wednesday’s Day 3, sitting with 90,000 chips (the leader has 618,000).

One cool thing about Seymour: The way he uses one of his Super Bowls rings. He puts it on top of his chips. Is it to intimidate fellow poker players a bit? I know I’d be a little distracted by the bling if I was sitting at a table with him:
